Zvi Noé

Zvi Noé is a founder and partner at the Noé Group. Zvi’s role includes oversight of the ongoing asset management of all properties within the Capreon portfolio. Alongside this Zvi is deeply involved in the investment and execution of all property matters under the Capreon umbrella as well as taking responsibility for the firm’s business development, strategy and partner relationships.

Zvi has over 20 years of wide-ranging experience in the real estate industry and begun his career as an investment agent at Franc-Warwick. He also worked at Ares, as well as F&C REIT and BMO Real Estate Partners where he was a member of the executive committee. Alongside the Goldacre team he has developed understanding of the smart buildings and cities space and the introduction of technology into all elements of real estate.

Outside of the office he takes significant interest in charity both as a trustee of The Rachel Charitable Trust and a trustee and founder of One Great Day; a charity where annually over 100 retail destinations and office buildings put on fundraising events for Great Ormond Street Hospital and hundreds of children’s health charities across the UK.
