Raphael Noé

Raphael Noé is a Founder and Partner at Capreon overseeing and leading Investment Strategy and Transactions. Raphael’s focus is on execution (both acquisition and disposal) and he chairs the Investment Committee.

Raphael has 10 years’ experience in Private Equity Real Estate with his most recent role at Ares Management where he worked across multi-sector and multi-geography real estate transactions, both public and private.

Prior to this, Raphael worked as a commercial property manager in conjunction with his University degree at Queen Mary University London where he achieved a First Class Degree in English Literature.

Away from Capreon, Raphael works as a trustee for multiple charities within his community in the UK, with a focus on children with disabilities and financial stability.
