Paul Meads

Paul is Chief Operating Officer of the Noé Group. Having originally qualified as a solicitor in 2001 Paul left private practice in 2006 to become in-house counsel at REIT Asset Management, then the investment manager for the Noé family trusts. When REIT merged with the F&C Group in 2008, Paul became General Counsel to the newly-formed F&C REIT Asset Management, later BMO Real Estate Partners. In 2017 Paul left BMO to establish the Noé Group and become its COO.

Paul has extensive experience in structuring and financing investment transactions both in the UK and abroad and also in managing legal and compliance issues for investment firms.

Paul is actively involved in his local community, including as Chair of School Governors and supporting children’s sport and education causes. In his downtime Paul enjoys triathlon and cycling, among other sports.
